Training was delivered via company issued and shared Apple iPad tablets sellers used to access interactive courseware (iSpring Pro for interactive PowerPoint slides, bespoke HTML), instructional and marketing videos and document-oriented reference materials. Module-level assessments measure product knowledge and sales readiness. First customer to use CellCast’s shared tablet authentication features.

Sales Certification via Tablets
Bass Pro’s corporate marketing team sought to increase certification levels for sales teams supporting the company’s most profitable offerings – sporting and recreational watercraft badged under various Tracker Marine brands – using mobile and online technologies. The engaging solution set improved overall learning practices and also enhanced the customer selling experience.
Training was also available through a customized online Learning Portal for sellers who preferred a more traditional online learning experience.
Bass Pro was actually OnPoint’s first custom UX customer on mobile due to high volume of content (800+ items) they wished to include in their sales certification program. The design goal of finding/launching any item in five or fewer taps was a design mandate.
Basic integration methods include a real time feed to add/delete/modify all sales Tracker Marine sales associates. Custom-branded “Tracker Learning” app is distributed using a MobileIron MDM platform.
